Let’s talk about… Sports!!

When I was 3 my parents enrolled me in swimming classes. I enjoyed being in the water so I enjoyed swimming. I stopped taking swimming lessons at the age of 8. I think I stopped because of the competitions. Then I started volleyball classes. I really liked volleyball and I was good at it. When we moved in Spain I wanted to continue playing volleyball, but there aren’t any volleyball courses in my city. So I began basket lessons. I didn’t liked it but I continued anyway. Now, I’m trying to form a volleyball course, but I don’t know if people will be interested in this sport… :(

Let’s talk about… Halloween!!

Two days ago I celebrated Halloween with my friends. It’s an American tradition but here, in Spain, it’s celebrated too. The “Castanyada” is more famous than Halloween. In my city, Vinaròs, we go out dressed up as zombies, witches, vampires and other terrifying costumes. There are people that dress up very well and they are kind of creepy. This year there was a girl that disguised as the girl in the movie “The exorcist” she did it very well and my friends and I were scared. There was a guy that dressed up as a creepy clown, he also did it great. I wore a skeleton costume and I braided my hair to look more scary. Do you celebrate Halloween?

Let’s talk about… Pets!!

Until now I have had 6 cats. When I lived in Greece, our house had a garden so we could have a cat. But now, I live in an apartment and my parents don’t want any pet at home. The cats we had were wild so they were coming to our house when they were hungry. I like dogs too, but my parents didn’t let me have one because it was a lot of responsibility. With my mum, we gave names to the cats by their character or by their appearance. Here, two years ago, I had a fish but it died two months after we bought it. I don’t know why… :(  Since then I haven’t had any pet but I want to. Do you have any pets? What is your favourite animal?

Let’s talk about… Music!!

In my free time I enjoy listening to music. I like pop, rock and electronic music. My favourites pop singers are Ed Sheeran, Stromae, Michael Jackson and many others. Stromae is not very popular but I love his music. My favourite of his songs is “Tous les mêmes”. My favourites rock singers are Icon for Hire, Queen, The Beatles and Coldplay. I discovered Icon for Hire recently and I really liked this band. My favourite of their songs is “Cynics and Critics”. It was the first song of Icon for Hire that I listened. The electronic singers I most listen to are Gorillaz, Avicii and Daft Punk. My favourites songs of Avicii are “Levels” and “You make me”. Do you like listening to music?

Let’s talk about… Teen Wolf!!

Teen Wolf is an American serie based on a film with the same name. I started watching it this summer with my friends. Now, I have watched all the episodes and I’m waiting with excitement the fifth season. My favorite character is Stiles. The serie is about a teenage boy called Scott whose life changes when he is bitten by a werewolf. He starts learning how to live with it. His best friend Stiles and his werewolf friend Derek help him to control himself on the full moon. In 2013, five actors of Teen Wolf received the Best Ensemble Award at the Young Hollywood Awards. Do you watch series?

Let’s talk about… Books!!

I love reading! It’s one of my favourites activities. When I was young I thought it was boring. But at the age of 8 or 9 I started reading magazines. My mum bought me one magazine every month and I was excited when I had a new magazine. Now I’m reading a lot of books and I really enjoy it. One of my favourite authors is Laura Gallego García. The first book of Laura that I read was the trilogy of Crónicas de la Torre. My favourites of her books are Alas negras and Alas de fuego or Dos velas para el diablo. Do you like reading? What are your hobbies?
